This pre-mixed ink is permanent and water-resistant. The bottle opening is wide enough to load ink for most brushes, and its cap conveniently doubles as a brush rest.
KF inks are a favorite among sumi-e artists, as well as cartoonists, comic artists, and calligraphers.

FAQ:
Q: If I use your ink for gyo-taku (fish printing), can I eat the fish afterward?
A: We do not recommend or make any claim that fish would be safe to consume after using our ink for gyo-taku.
However, our sumi inks have the AP non-toxic seal per the ACMI's Toxicological Advisory Board, which certifies that our art materials are safe and certified in a toxicological evaluation by a board-certified toxicologist to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic or injurious to humans, including children, or to cause acute of chronic health problems.
