Shipping & Return Policy
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please be aware that most shipping carriers are experiencing service delays. Many delays are taking longer than usual. While we do our best to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving your order, Yasutomo is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays. Thank you for your understanding.
When do you ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We ship within 1 business day of receiving your order.
What is your shipping carrier?
Yasutomo ships with USPS.
When will I get my package?*
USPS Ground packages typically take 2 - 8 business days to arrive from the date they are shipped.
USPS Priority Mail packages typically take 1 - 3 business days to arrive from the date they are shipped. You can use the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map to see when your package should arrive.

How are shipping fees determined?
Your shipping fees are based on calculated shipping rates as determined by the carrier.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States (excluding U.S. territories) and Canada. Please write to customer support if you are interested in us making shipping available in your country.
Can I get free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping. However, we do offer free pick up if you would like to pick up your order from our office in person.
How do I arrange an order pick up?
Upon checkout, select the "Pick up" option instead of shipping. It looks like this:

Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours of you placing your order.
Are there any other hidden fees besides shipping?
You are only charged the price of your purchase items, sales tax, and shipping. We do not charge any handling or service fees. Customers in Canada are responsible for customs and duty per government regulations.
What is the Yasutomo return policy?
If you are for dissatisfied with your items, you may return items purchased from https://shop.yasutomo.com/ within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return an item due to damage / defect, first report the issue by email to email@example.com or call (661) 903-8996. To complete your request, you may be requested to submit photo documentation.
All items must be returned in new condition and you must include your original packing slip inside your return shipment. Indicate the reason for return on your packing slip.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your item is received, we will credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days after it has been received.
