What is the Yasutomo return policy? 

You may return items that you have purchased at https://shop.yasutomo.com within 30 days of purchase. 

If you wish to return an item due to damage / defect, first report the issue by email to [email protected] or call (661) 903-8996. To complete your request, you may be requested to submit photo documentation. 

All items must be returned in new condition and you must include your original packing slip inside your return shipment. Indicate the reason for return on your packing slip. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for the return.
