Kozo art paper is made in the Koshu district near Mt. Fuji Japan. Koshi is known for producing authentic, high-quality Japanese paper. It is made with 100% Kozo fiber from the mulberry plant. With long fibers, 100% Kozo papers are strong and durable. Used for Sumi-e, watercolor painting, conservation and repair, woodblock and other printmaking techniques, and momigami (Japanese kneaded paper).
